Command filesystem.renamefile

The command filesystem.renamefile is used to rename a file.


  1. oldname [string]
    Current name of the file.
  2. newname [string]
    New name, that will replace the current one.
  3. variablereturn [integer]
    Variable that will store the return code, where:
    • 0: File was renamed
    • -1: File does not exist


In the example above, the file called file_temp.dat was renamed to file.dat.
