This guide will walk you through the process of installing the CloudWalk Framework on terminals Ingenico ICT220, ICT250, IWL220, IWL250 and IWL280. Be aware of the prerequisites and follow the installation process carefully.
Access the menu of the OS restarting the device and pressing F and the screen below will appear:

From the main menu, select the Delete menu option:
Download menu Diagnosis menu >>Delete menu<< Parameters menu
Then select the menu Delete application:
>>Delete application<< Delete library Delete Data file
The next screen lists some applications installed on the device where M2OS refers to Telium Manager, that should not be deleted. To delete any other file, select the file to be deleted and press the GREEN button.
DO NOT delete the contents of the menu Delete library or file M2OS, otherwise the device may be damaged.
To load the CloudWalk Framework package on the USB pendrive, follow this procedure:
Mac OS X users: To avoid problems with hidden files when unzipping the CloudWalk Framework package, it is recommended to use the free app iZip Archiver to uncompress the package.
ICT220 and ICT250 Models contain a USB input located on the bottom of the device, plug in your USB stick as in the picture:
IWL220, IWL250 and IWL280 models already have an entry for an USB adapter on the left side of the device. Connect the USB and then connect the USB on the other end, as the image below:
Then follow this procedure:
When finished, the device will display the following screen:
WALK Software activate OK
Then will be presented the first launch setup.
If your device is requesting a password to access the setup menu, this password was previously set by someone. Please get in touch with your POS supplier.
Now that the CloudWalk Framework has already been installed on the device, the next step is to perform the first launch configuration.
